About Me:
Jim Schultz – Jim began his sales training and management experience with expertise in estate planning for five years and ten years in the automobile business.  The booming growth of the Valley lured him and his “people and negotiating skills” into the Real Estate Industry in March of 1981. Jim has served as Chairman of the M.L.S. Committee and Board Member of the Grand Junction area Realtors Association for two separate terms which has given Jim a broad base of Professional contacts and recognition within the state of Colorado.  Jim has been involved in hundreds of transactions over the course of his 27-year career in the real estate business and is recognized locally as one of the consistent top producing agents in Mesa County, Colorado.  Jim earned the distinction in July, 2005 of being #4 in production out of 4,500 agents in the entire Rocky Mountain Region of RE/MAX,  in October, 2007, was #1, and in January, 2008, was #18.  Jim also has been inducted into the RE/MAX “Hall of Fame”, and has been associated with RE/MAX for a total of 15 years. Jim works mostly with single family homes and rural properties, and joined the ranks of 428 real estate agents in the USA with the designation “Accredited Land Consultant” with the Realtors Land Institute in 2007.  Jim also maintains an Internet presence with his own home page as a “Relocation Specialist”.
