John is a native of Grand Junction and married his high school sweetheart, who is also a Grand Junction native. He has degrees from Mesa State College and Western State College. John has been a licensed Realtor since 1976. He has served as a Director of the Grand Junction Area Association of Realtors and has served as President of the Grand Junction Association. He is a past Director of the Colorado Association of Realtors and presently serves on the Professional Standards Committee in Grand Junction. John has always been very involved in the community and is presently a Director of the Mesa County Pregnancy Center.
