She started her Real Estate career in the San Diego County area, specializing in North County. Areas served were Del Mar, La Costa, Encinitas, Leucadia, Carlsbad, Rancho Sante Fe, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Olivenhain and Fairbanks Ranch.

In 1994 Ann and her family moved to the Grand Valley, and she continued her Real Estate career here. She specializes in new construction, taking you from dreams to plans to completion, and also relocation. Having been a military wife for nearly 20 years, she understands the emotion and stress involved, and tries to mitigate it as much as possible.
